Prophet Tracy A. Cooke delivers a warning concerning the race to build thinking machines, and what that race will demand from power grids and water supplies. The word names Europe, France, the Netherlands and southern Europe, and predicts that arguments over land, power and water will move from company offices into neighborhoods, city halls and elections. It closes with an instruction to the Church: do not become prophets of fear, but do not close your eyes either, and remember the families who carry the cost of decisions made by people who will never feel that cost themselves.

The creation shall never become greater than the Creator.
